Domestic Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra shipping time during public holidays and bank holiday weekends.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, we only ship internationally to the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. There may be a small customs charge to pay upon delivery of your cable.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, please allow extra shipping time during public holidays and bank holiday weekends.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

• Shipping method 2: Royal Mail Tracked 24
  Shipment cost: £3.50
  Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

• Shipping method 3: Royal Mail International
  Shipment cost: Variable, price calculated at checkout
  Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Guaranteed overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

WGC Cables does not ship to addresses outside the UK (except for the areas listed above), and PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WGC Cables is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

WGC Cables is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
